Labor and inspections $50/hr normal business hours
Emergency Service $100/hr non 9-5pm weekdays & weekends
(Billed by the minute)
We have zero markup on materials. We do not charge a maintenance service fee Jobs that are estimated over $2,500 are outsourced with zero markup.

Additional Fees

One-Time Leasing Fee 60% of 1 month's rent
Lease Renewal Fee $50 or 2 times the increase in montly rent (whichever is greater)
One-Time Notice/eviction fee* $49
Court appearances on client's behalf $50/hr plus legal fees
* One-Time fee for any residential notice postings (including but not limited to: 3 day notices to vacate, 30 day termination of tenancy notice and 24 hour notice of entry
