Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, unfortunately we cannot but when we have an open house we give a few days for people to be able to submit a completed application and pay the application fee. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, we require only the first month rent and security deposit before moving in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 -
Is the deposit refundable?
As long as there are no damages and the apartment is clean when you move out. Also you are currant on your rent -
Who needs a cosigner?
It depends on your credit and background report. If you have no credit you will likely need a cosigner. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
It's easy just log onto our website!!! If you have not seen the property yet please contact us for prescreening. Once you have passed prescreening and have seen the home, you will log onto our website, pay the application fee and we will perform a full screening. -
How do I pay rent?
We have many ways to pay ACH from your bank account, credit card (fees apply) and pay near me (Fees apply) . We do not accept cash, checks of any kind or money orders. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Ask, if your home allows it there are other fees that will need to be discussed -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
For normal maintenance the owner is responsible, but if we determine it is neglect on the tenants part the tenant will be charged for the repair. -
Do you accept the first qualified applicant?
No, we have a scoring system that scores each applicant. The most qualified applicant gets accepted. If you do not get accepted, you may request a copy of your scoring sheet and we will provide it to you.
