Marketing

Tenant Screening

We don't just accept the first qualified tenant. We conduct extensive screening and score each applicant according to a qualification scoring system to determine the most qualified tenant.

Rent Collection

We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about nothing.

Maintenance

We don't just conduct move-in and move-out inspections, we also conduct 3 and 9 months courtesy safety check (inspections) to ensure your assets are being treated in accordance with our lease and all maintenance is being conducted in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we post notices, provide ledger statements and inspection reports with pictures, appear in court (as needed), and direct you to a local attorney who specializes in evictions to ensure your investment is protected.

We have zero markup on materials. We do not charge a maintenance service fee Jobs that are estimated over $2,500 are outsourced with zero markup.

Court appearances on client's behalf	$50/hr plus legal fees
* One-Time fee for any residential notice postings (including but not limited to: 3 day notices to vacate, 30 day termination of tenancy notice and 24 hour notice of entry
